How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in China and are usually delivered within these working time frames.Australia: 10-25 days
USA: 10-25 days
Canada: 10-25 days
South Africa: 38-57 days
Rest of World: 18-57 days
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time. Please keep these time frames in mind before placing an order. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us and we will do our best to have it to you on time.
Please note that wholesale orders require a 6 week turnaround from order placement to delivery.
How much is shipping?
All Domestic orders under $15 will incur a $5 shipping fee. Orders above $15 will enjoy free shipping.
All International orders will incur a $5 flat shipping fee.
Will I get a tracking number?
An email will be sent a few days after your order has been dispatched with your tracking number into Australia.
If you do not receive one after 7 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Who delivers my order?
Once your Lulu Gracie order arrive in Australia it will be delivered by your local postal service. Please note a signature is not required for delivery. You will receive a notification on the day of your delivery.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery details.
If you have entered the wrong address please contact email@example.com with the correct details.
Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped we are unable to change the address. We are not responsible to refund or resend the order.
What if my package is returned to sender?
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track your order. It is your responsibility to pick up your order from your local courier in time before it is returned to sender, in the case it cannot be delivered.
Please be aware that we do NOT process refunds in the case of your order being returned to sender. However, we will happily re-send your order, no more then one additional time.
What if my item gets lost in the mail?
Please be aware that this is a local delivery service issue.
If your tracking details have been marked as delivered, but you have not received your items we advise you to contact you local delivery service with your tracking details and shipping information and make a claim. It is the customers responsibility to contact the local delivery service and make a claim.
We do not process refunds for orders lost in transit or marked as delivered. Please note signatures are not required on receipt of our items.
Can I cancel my order?
No, unfortunately all sales are final once an order is placed we are unable to cancel an order.
